Online Purchasing We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) and are processed securely through Paypal. Toki Collection jewelry is made to order and will be delivered within 2-3 weeks once the transaction is processed. Because all jewelry is individually handmade to order, please expect slight variations.
Shipping Policy All orders ship FedEx ExpressSaver unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will vary according to destination, weight, and value of shipment. All shipments are insured. For other shipping options, please email us at info@tokicollection.com and include “alternate shipping” in the subject heading.
Tax Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Illinois.
Custom Orders All custom orders are final. For specific requests, please email us at info@tokicollection.com and include “custom order” in the subject heading and we will accommodate your request if possible.
Returns At Toki Collection, we want you to be ecstatic about the jewelry you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise in resaleable condition within 7 days of receipt of purchase for merchandise credit only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. No returns are available for custom orders or sale items as they are considered a final sale.
Return Shipping All returns must be received in its original condition. We recommend shipping the item(s) in a padded envelope or box. Most importantly, INSURE YOUR PACKAGE.
